Built in 1904, this Victorian-style home underwent a significant transformation to revive its charming look. Due to the presence of lead paint and new wood used, this project required two coats of Extreme Block Oil-Based Primer. Extreme Block prevents bleed through and reduces the need for repaints by sealing off stubborn stains when restoring a property to fresh condition. This project took our team a total of 178 carpentry hours and 324 painting hours.
With the chosen colors, we used a variety of Sherwin Williams product lines and a combination of satin and flat sheens. Satin holds up better to sun, hence the reason the dark colors and level 3 siding are listed as satin. Flat hides imperfections more, so the level 1 and 2 siding is a flat sheen.
