Rosemount is the southern edge of our service area, and we also paint in Apple Valley, Eagan and Inver Grove Heights along the way. The homes we paint here are mostly 1990s-2010s two-stories with stucco or engineered siding, plus interiors and cabinets year-round.

Rosemount's newer neighborhoods have a lot of stucco two-stories from the 1990s and 2000s. Those need hairline cracks patched with an elastomeric product and a masonry-rated coating; painting stucco without patching is the most common shortcut we see on repaints, and it shows within a season. Cedar and LP trim on the same homes gets scraped, primed and painted, and soft LP boards are replaced first.
Older Rosemount, near the downtown core, has 1950s-70s ramblers with lap siding and aluminum trim where lead-safe prep may apply. Interior repaints and cabinet painting fill the winter months.
Full exteriors on stucco, cedar, lap and shake siding, with lead-safe prep on pre-1978 homes.
Oxidation wash, crack patching and a masonry-rated coating that breathes.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, scheduled around how you live in the house.
Sprayed factory-style finishes on kitchen and bath cabinets.
Cedar siding, decks and entries in transparent through solid stains.

“Caleb was very friendly, informative and super knowledgeable! I chose Paris to have both my wood trim fixed and for the painting of my stucco. I am completely thrilled with the painting and customer service.”

A typical Twin Cities exterior runs about $7,000 for a home with no lead paint and about $9,400 when lead-safe prep is needed; interiors average around $5,000. Rosemount projects follow the same pattern, driven by size, siding type and carpentry.
Metro-wide typical projects. Every project is priced on site.
A typical Rosemount two-story with stucco or engineered siding lands between roughly $6,000 and $9,500 depending on size, stucco patching and trim condition; ramblers are less. Our exterior pricing guide breaks down what moves the number.
