We stand behind our work. If something does not look right, or you are just not sure, tell us. We want to make it right, and we work until you are satisfied.
Request Warranty ServiceSend us a request any time something concerns you. We would rather take a look than have you wonder.
A covered repair is not done until you are happy with it. That is the standard our crews are held to.
For 36 months after your project is finished, we repair peeling and blistering caused by our prep or application at no labor cost to you.
Decks, railings, stairs, porch floors, roofs, gutters and any surface where water or snow can sit are not covered under our standard warranty. Standing moisture breaks down any coating, no matter how well it is prepped and applied.
Fill out the form below and add clear photos of each area. Photos help us arrive prepared.
We review your request, inspect if needed, and tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Requests received by July 15 are repaired that painting season. Later requests are scheduled for the following season.
Our 3-year warranty covers peeling and blistering of the paint we applied when it is caused by inadequate surface preparation or improper application. If that happens within 36 months of your completion date, we repair it.
36 months from the date your project was completed.
No. Horizontal surfaces and any surface where the structure lets moisture collect are not covered under our standard warranty. That includes decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs and gutters. Water and snow sit on these surfaces, and standing moisture wears down any coating faster than normal.
Work where you supplied the paint, failures caused by a moisture problem or a buildup of many old paint layers, fine cracking in older layers (alligatoring), varnished surfaces, galvanized metal, fading and chalking of the paint itself, mildew and mold, and bleeding knot holes, rust stains and cedar bleed.
Yes. If something does not look right, we want to know. We are always happy to take a look, tell you what is going on, and make sure you are satisfied with the result.
Covered repairs are done at no labor cost to you.
If we hear from you by July 15, covered repairs are done during that painting season. If we hear from you after July 15, they are done the following season. We schedule warranty work weekly and the calendar moves with the weather, so you may hear from us the same day or one to two days ahead to confirm a time.
We repair the specific areas where the paint failed. We match as closely as we can, but an exact color match cannot be promised because the original paint has likely faded with sun and weather.
The project needs to be paid in full. Keep a copy of your original proposal and contract, and your invoice or other proof of payment.
Please do. Clear photos of each area let our team size up the work ahead of time, bring the right materials, and finish your repair in fewer trips.
Warranties can be transferred to a new homeowner on request. Call or email our office and we will walk you through the transfer.
This page is a summary. The full warranty terms are in the Definitions and Conditions section of your signed proposal, and those terms control. Questions? Email office@paris-painting.com or call (763) 515-4463.
