Homeowners call us because their house needs help, and the person who shows up, walks the house with them and hands them a plan is the one they remember.

That person is you. We are hiring sales representatives for both brands.

The Role

You are a project estimator in the field. Homeowners book an appointment, you show up, walk the house with them, find what is actually wrong, build the proposal in Wallogy, our estimating software, on your tablet, and deliver the estimate on the spot. Watch our estimate process to see exactly how it goes. About 15 appointments a week in the busy season, March through October. The leads come to you; you turn them into projects.

Wallogy is the proposal and estimating software we run the whole sales process on. You measure the house, pick the scope, and it prices the job accurately and prints a professional proposal while you are still in the driveway. It does the heavy lifting on the numbers so you can focus on the homeowner. Our top earners get to the top of the range one of three ways, and usually more than one: they generate some of their own appointments on top of the ones we book, they cross-sell siding, roofing and gutters through Paris Home Exteriors so one visit solves several problems, and they close on the spot at a high rate. Self-generated appointments are encouraged and pay more.

What You Will Do

Run about 15 booked appointments a week with homeowners across the Twin Cities, mostly in the field.
Walk every house, diagnose the real problems, and build the proposal in Wallogy while you are there.
Deliver the estimate on the spot and close the ones that are right for the homeowner.
Cross-sell siding, roofing and gutters at painting estimates so the homeowner solves more than one problem with one company.
Manage your own schedule and own your pipeline. You report to a Sales Manager, with a weekly goal alignment meeting (GAM) and a monthly sales meeting.

You Are a Good Fit If You

Have sold siding or roofing

Preferred, not required. If you have quoted exteriors and closed them, you will be productive fast.

Like being in people's homes

You are comfortable at a kitchen table and on a ladder. Homeowners trust you because you tell them the truth about their house.

Run your own week

Nobody is going to manage your calendar. You will, and you will be accountable for the number.

Pay and Benefits

$50,000 to $150,000 a year, commission-based (1099). Where you land depends on your close rate, how much you cross-sell, and how many appointments you generate yourself. Self-gen pays a higher rate.
