About an hour. We spend the first 15 minutes walking the project and asking questions, about 30 minutes measuring and building your proposal, and the last 15 minutes reviewing it with you.
Yes. We ask that the homeowner or decision maker be there. It is the only way to scope the job accurately, set expectations and answer your questions in one visit.
You get a printed copy before we leave, with every part of the project priced as its own line so you can add, drop or phase. Once in a while a complex job needs 24 to 48 hours. Pricing holds for 90 days.

Typically 1 to 2 weeks after you approve the proposal. Weather and material availability can shift it, and we always communicate your start and completion dates.
