Paris did a small interior painting project for me recently, and I can’t say enough about their experience from start to finish.Starting on the sales side, experienced sales representative showed up on time (early), was knowledgeable, walked me through the project, and gave solid, fair pricing. Communication around scheduling was clear, and the crew actually came out to paint only a few days after the estimate. I was extremely impressed with Paris Painting, from the initial visit to the final walk through of the project. The project manager's level of attention to detail (Jonathan) was really beyond my expectations, pointing out minor things after completion they would fix and make sure I was satisfied with before the project was considered closed. I researched exterior painters for two years before going with Paris Painting. They were not the least expensive bid, but the quality and professionalism were well worth it. I give Paris Painting a 5 star rating because the quality of their work was excellent. I had an issue with the carpenter they subcontracted to do some repairs before the exterior of my house was painted by them. The carpenter submitted his hours as being 10.5 when they were actually 4 hours. At $95 per hour, my jaw dropped. He billed for $300 worth of materials that I knew could not have cost more than $125. They were great about discussing this with me and resolved the over-billing fairly and quickly. The staff: sales rep, power washer tech, project manager, painters, and office support were all considerate, helpful, polite, friendly, invested in my project, and very professional. Before making my choice to go with Paris Painting, I received important information via email explaining the work, steps, products, choices, how, when, and the whys. Paris Painting sent me a list of their accreditation, awards, certificates earned, reviews, and replied (to my satisfaction) to my questions about the two negative reviews I had found. They informed me that they had insurance and workman's comp for all their employees & told me how to view proof of this. They gave a 3 year guarantee. These were all important things to know. I felt cared about and sensed everyone was truly invested in the outcome being a great one.

Paris Painting provided a Project Manager and a Painter. The Project Manager stopped by daily and was always available by email. I think having a Project Manager to handle communications and logistics helped with the job which was of moderate size, as follows, repainting the entire interior, including ceilings of a furnished, 1000 square foot house. The Painter was excellent and the house looks great.

I can't say enough about the professionalism displayed from each and every member of Paris-Painting. Sam the estimator showed up on time and responded to every question we had. He was also a valuable aid in helping us with color selection. He always picked up the phone within two rings.

Jonathon Martinez-Galarza was so nice when he came to check on a problem that I thought needed to be corrected from work that was done by Paris Painting. Jonathon arrived on time and looked at the room that needed to be corrected. He reported to the office and the work order was put in and completed within 10 days from the start. Jonathon also arrived last Thursday with the crew that did the work and he made sure of what needed to be done and then followed up with me the very next day to check on the work that was completed. I'm very happy with the final job. Again Jonathon was very courteous, responsive and very punctual. I'm very pleased with everyone at Paris Painting for the work that they did at my home. Alan & Pattijo Verpy house in Wayzata. We had 5 different rooms to be patched and painted. 2 painters showed up on time were professional, quiet, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Paris Painting is a quality company. From original bid to follow-up after the job was done, everyone arrived when they said they would, performed clean and professional work, and stayed below the quoted price. Any questions were answered immediately whether I contacted them by phone, email, or text. Then after the job was complete, they went above-and-beyond to assist me when I asked about something I was doing myself. Wow. I am so impressed and appreciative.P.S. The painting project was exterior window and door trim, including extensive carpentry on deteriorated wood. We also had a power wash and stain of an unpainted wood storage building that was handmade and meant a lot to us. All work was excellent.P.S.S. Paris Painting did our house almost three years ago. Our siding is 75 years old. The crew did an amazing job of prep for painting! Last spring, we noticed some peeling on the north side. Paris Painting honored their warranty after 2+ years and recommended changing the primer and repainted the areas that had peeled. All of their workers were great and worked until we were satisfied.I recommend Paris Painting for anyone searching for house painting.!

I learned about Paris form a neighbor's yard sign. After checking several reviews, we called them up, they answered, gave a quote quickly and on time, and walked me through the process. Their project manager called with plenty of time to discuss our needs, showed up on time for the job, same with the painter, and finished on time. They did a great job prepping the old wood bead board, smoothing other holes and making everything look great with the assurance of a 3 year warranty. They did a good job protecting all the surfaces that needed it too. I'd hire them again.

Had our home exterior painted in April 2020 and was really happy with the experience and end result. The project manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. A couple of years ago we hired Paris Painting to paint our house so when it was time to paint out two decks and stairs we had them come back. They do an excellent job and we are very happy. I was extremely impressed by all of the Paris Painting team members with whom I dealt - including Cameron (project estimate), Mark (project lead), Marcos (lead painter), Erika (office representative) Hector (carpenter), and other support staff - they are professional, personable, focused on understanding and exceeding customer expectations. The craftspeople (painters, carpenter) are talented and pay attention to the details. This is a well organized company. Had my entire house painted through Paris. The estimate was even a little less than the other two I had take a look. The whole job was done in three days and they were very professional and open to a few last minute additions like painting the gutters. A few of the neighbors have even stopped by when we are working in the yard to compliment it. Highly recommend.

Paris Painting did a great job for me, twice. Full exterior of one house and smaller interior job on another house. Their staff is very responsive to calls and emails and doing follow-up, a major difference from some other painters I have tried to use. Paris probably won't be the cheapest bid you will find, but the results are worth the price.

Jason grew up in Minnesota and graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Minnesota. During school his goal was always to run his own small business, and he got his start in painting by running several crews in the summers to pay for tuition.
Jason began Paris Painting after graduating and now lives in Maple Grove with his wife, and 4 children. They enjoy running, reading, and being involved in the local community and church.
